Home At Last
Hiya,
Music Today: None so far
yikes, so this post was supposed to happen last Thursday but I got a bit distracted, what with being home and everything, wanted to see everyone too much! lol. It's nice being home, seeing all my friends again has been amazing. Missing the guys in York of course, but it's a thought full of promise of returning in October. So, that's it for this blog: I've successfully completed the final year of my degree, and not a moment of it would I have traded for anything else. Life is finally starting to go well again. I'll have another Blog going in October to chart my progress as I go through my MA, but in the mean-time, you can find my blogging habits alive and kicking at my new, work orientated blog, http://be-realistic.blogspot.com. This one is not for the faint-hearted I warn you!

Nearly Finished!
Hiya,
Music Today - None ;-(
haha! My penultimate post, yey! How exciting. Well am sunburnt and poor after T in the Park but it was so good ;) Met a Scottish bloke who camped next t us who was absolutely battered from start to finish! T'was brilliant indeed. Graduating tomorrow, also v.exciting, and then the last post of this blog will be put up when I get back to Suffolk in the evening.
Drunk masses last night, was in fact still drunk when I awoke this morning. Our 'alternative' grad ball certainly went off with fireworks! Right, got to go, still have plenty of stuff to do. Write tomorrow.

Just how am I still alive?
Hiya,
Music Today: None so far
yikes, quick update this one to say had awesome weekend (Coldplay and Oasis being truly fab), with another one to follow, but not without A LOT of things going wrong! Will put up a large post over today or tomorrow detailing the exacts of my stupdity so I don't forget it! Other than that, life still really chaotic at the mo, hopefully moving stuff into Jim's tomorrow, depending on post, but have to rescue my bag from Manchester Picadilly first! Life is, if nothing else at the moment, very amusing!

Hiya,
Music Today: None! (Northern Soul later)
where has the time gone? The hope that upon finishing my degree I would have loads of time to do all the things I wanted to was clearly a misconception. I haven't had the time to do anything! Working 30 hour weeks obviously hasn't helped, but Matt says he hasn't done half the stuff he wanted to either, so I'm thinking its not just the job. Otherwise all is fun. Saw Stef sing in the minster last night, and she was absolutely fab :) Really enjoyable. Got the final Gallery tonight in celebration (premeturely) of Cat's birthday, as this time next week I'll be down in sunny Suffolk! I think I will keep this blog running until my graduation day, as that's the last time I'll be in York for the academic year. As for next year, I'll start another one about my continued student life in York as I get to grips with my masters (assuming I find enough money!) and another one thats going to be far more sociologically based. Watch this space, you have now been warned . . .

Being finished is not boring!
Hiya,
Music Today: David Gray
Am working 30 hour weeks in Costcutter. Am going to die soon. Apart from that life's not too bad, been spending most of it sorting my music collection out so far. Going to play monopoly tomorrow before work so that should be fun. Enjoying not having any money either. It's all good. Stef's giving me singing lessons and that is proving to be, er, hilarious perhaps? Seriously, I am having fun and who knows, I may even improve my singing as well . . .
That's about it for now, will write again when I have something to write about!

Officially 100% Finished!
Hiya,
Music Today: loads, see below
ha ha ha ha I've finished! Yey, how exciting. Now its just four weeks of working in COstcutter, umm umm umm :) On a brighter note, finally used the token I got for my birthday to purchase some fine music today. I'm now in proud possession of new albums by: White Stripes, British Sea Power, The Coral and Doves. How exciting, got a little listen to them early but going home now to listen some more and play bass. Work was bearable tonight, which we should all take as a blessing that there is hope for my sanity. Write real soon
